Sourced from the Hanson Vineyard in the cool Te Muna Valley, this is a dry, textured Pinot Gris that quietly stands apart. Made from organically grown fruit and crafted with minimal intervention, the wine is naturally fermented, gently aged on lees, and partially matured in old French oak to build depth and complexity.

Aromas of ripe pear, honeysuckle and soft florals lead into a beautifully weighted palate, showing stone fruit, subtle spice and a fine mineral edge. Rich yet precise, this Pinot Gris is serious in style without losing freshness, finishing long and composed.
