Sourced from organically certified vines in the Two Terraces Vineyard, Mangatahi Terraces. This Chenin Blanc was foot-crushed, naturally fermented using a vineyard starter culture, and matured in amphorae and seasoned puncheons before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
The result is a textural Chenin Blanc with notes of tropical fruit, crisp Granny Smith apple, and a distinctive saline finish.
